Who monitors Gameo Pro lone worker alarms?

Trained agents in three emergency response centers located in Canada, France and Switzerland. The centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and have managed more than 25,000 alerts over 18 years.

What happens when a lone worker alarm is triggered?

The alert is received by an agent in one of our emergency response centers, together with the worker’s GPS and indoor position. The site is identified automatically and that site’s emergency protocol is applied. The agent then works through your protocol, assisted by AI that analyses the position data and guides them at each stage.

Do you monitor alerts outside business hours?

Yes. The emergency response centers operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Lone worker incidents concentrate outside normal hours, which is precisely why partial coverage is not coverage.

Can we define our own escalation procedure?

Yes. Emergency response protocols are defined for your organization, your workers and your specific scenarios, and you update them directly through the platform rather than requesting changes from us.

What if the worker does not answer the agent?

The protocol continues without them. Our AI-assisted system identifies the nearest available colleague to the worker and the agent calls that person directly, alongside the escalation steps your organization has defined.
